Private Policy
YAMATO MUSEN Corp. recognizes the importance of protection of personal information and makes its best effort to ensure effective implementation of the following policies:
- 1. When we collect personal information from our customers, we clarify the purpose for collection of such information and when we utilize that information, we use the information only within the scope necessary of the purpose of use of that information.
- 2. We do not in principle provide a third party with the information in any format that may allow identification of the relevant individual.
- 3. We comply with all the relevant laws and regulations, various rules and internal rules concerning the protection of personal information, and continuously review these internal rules and our internal security system in order to manage and maintain the information securely.
